A collection of field recordings and processed textures exploring space, movement and transformation.
Rooted in the deeper side of electronic music and increasingly focused on sound itself, Jacob Francis creates immersive, shape-shifting compositions that move between rhythm, texture and space.
Working with submerged bass, resonant pulses, spectral atmospheres and field recordings, his sound sits between the real and the imagined, unfolding through shifting states of consciousness and environment.
His work is further shaped by an interest in the natural world, perception and unseen structures, alongside a curiosity for speculative ideas and evolving interpretations of reality.
Currently in the final year of his degree, his practice continues to develop through research, experimentation and a growing body of releases.
